I meet hundreds of people on my workshops and more and more of them are complaining about stress, pressure, and overload. If you are feeling this way too, fear not because help is at hand.
This site is dedicated to helping you take back control of your life. As it develops you will find a whole host of practical, down to earth, tips that will allow you to find ways of reclaiming your freedom whilst still managing a career and possibly a family too.
I will be posting in different ways depending on the topic I’m covering. Sometimes it will be words like these. At other times it will be in the form of an audio file you can listen to here or download onto your ipod or mp3 player. Finally, you will also get to see me as well as hear me as I offer “stress free TV” broadcasts and tutorials to help you get off the treadmill.
